Great experience! I had a clogged shower drain that wasn’t responding to a drain snake or a tub plunger, so I finally bit the bullet and called a professional. I called Garrels because of the good reviews, and they were great! Patrick answered right away and was able to fit me in that day. He was friendly, respectful, and upfront, and told me ahead of time that a basic drain de-clogging would be $150, which I think is very fair for the area. Came right on time and was done in less than 30 minutes- he found a clog that was 10 feet down the pipe! Highly recommend and will definitely call for future needs.

We had our basement waterproofed by Patrick (the owner of the company) and his crew. They showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Patrick took care of all of the complicated parts of the job and was present periodically to check on the crew and make sure things were done correctly. The price was reasonable, but they did not cut any corners. I highly recommend Garrels Company.

After our builder did a complete botch job on our waterproofing system and we got water in our basement we called QC Waterproofing. Patrick came by the same evening and gave us an estimate immediately. He went over in detail what was wrong with our system and what would need to be done to correct the problem. Patrick and his crew are extremely kind and professional. They even tried to work around my toddlers schedule as best they could. They did excellent work and got everything done quickly! We now have piece of mind knowing we don’t have to worry about water in our basement!

Have used this company for everything from waterproofing, finishing, and painting my basement to building my deck and remodeling my kitchen. They are the only company I use and recommend for the work they do. They have an attention to detail while providing a fair price. They were punctual and did a great job communicating what needed done as well as how they were going to do it. They allowed for my input and encouraged any questions I had. The job was completed on time and best of all they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Garrels Company and Patrick.

The Garrels Company did a fantastic job of waterproofing my basement. Patrick was honest and thoural and kept me posted when he found issues. He was able to fix some plumbing and electrical problems and also took care of securing my brick walls with steel beams. He was neat, organized and appreciative. As a single female senior I am so happy to have been treated with respect. It's rare to find honest contractors. Great job.
